Job Profile

You will have previous experience in a similar role in B2B customer account management or customer service. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and has a strong attention to detail with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ability to respond positively to tight deadlines and work well under pressure is essential. This role is office-based.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound inquiries via phone or email through our dedicated websites.
  • Working to achieve team-based targets.
  • Providing timely and accurate data entry of quotations and orders into relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, inquiries, and comments.
  • Identifying tasks critical to maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Managing orders from initial quote, artwork, manufacturing, to delivery.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar customer service or sales role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in planning and delivering proactive customer engagement.
  • Polite and professional phone manner.
  • Successful track record in customer service and account management.
  • Flexibility and ability to perform multiple functions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to respond positively to tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
