If you are detail orientated and proactive with a specialist understanding of employment law, outstanding communication skills,a strong desire to learn, and the capability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders on policy creation and implementation.
What You’ll Do
Who You Are
You will join us at either grade 9 or grade 10 depending on your experience and qualifications.
To join at grade 9 you will either have an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject plus significant relevant HR experience.
To join at grade 10 you will have a degree and equivalent experience in a management role plus significant relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of Employment Legislation and its application in a large and diverse workforce is necessary. Whilst not essential it would be beneficial for the postholder to have experience working in a unionised environment and/or a local government or complex organisational setting.
