Energy Jobline ATTB partners with a leading consultancy to appoint a Client Director to grow the Energy & Utilities portfolio in the UK. This senior leadership role requires strong E&U networks, client relationships and a proven record of winning transformational work in London.

You’ll lead major engagements, shape proposals, develop delivery teams and drive growth with senior executives, reporting to the E&U practice lead.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory or professional services.
• Significant Energy & Utilities sector experience is essential.
• Proven track record of winning and growing consulting business.
• Strong existing relationships with senior E&U stakeholders.
• Experience leading large, complex transformation engagements.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or professional qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic Energy & Utilities client relationships across London and the wider UK.
• Lead business development, account growth and solution delivery.
• Identify, shape and sell consulting solutions across change, transformation, programme management and technology.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Lead large, complex consulting engagements and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and grow high-performing consulting teams.
• Shape proposals, bids and commercial opportunities from initial idea through to close.
• Work alongside senior leadership to develop and execute the E&U growth strategy.
• Build your profile as an industry thought leader through events, networks and external engagement.
• Contribute to the wider growth and direction of the E&U practice.
