Job summary

North Highland seeks a Director-level Management Consultant in London to lead and grow the Energy & Utilities portfolio. You will work with the Portfolio leader to translate vision into value, lead delivery, and drive growth across top clients in the London area.

You will develop strategies, manage complex engagements, and coach teams while expanding client networks and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years management consulting or advisory experience.
• Experience within Energy & Utilities is required.
• Ability to establish credibility and drive collaboration with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, account leadership and solution delivery in Energy & Utilities.
• Develop creative solutions and drive client value across projects.
• Grow North Highland’s Energy & Utilities portfolio and lead teams.
• Sell holistic consulting solutions including Org Strategy & Design, People & Change, and Tech Advisory.
• Mentor and coach consultants, and build high-performing teams.
• Develop thought leadership and expand professional network through activities.
