Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Client Director for the Energy & Utilities sector in London. The role combines strategy, business development and delivery leadership to grow the portfolio, with three days in the office and the rest from home.

You will lead large engagements, develop client relationships, coach teams and establish sector thought leadership, with travel to client sites across the London area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or professional services with Energy & Utilities experience.
• Proven track record leading large, complex engagements with senior executives.
• Experience growing client accounts, developing proposals and selling solutions.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and coach others.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s or professional certifications are a bonus; right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Combine business development, account leadership and solution delivery across Energy & Utilities.
• Identify and sell value-added solutions across strategy, people and change, PM and technology advisory.
• Build client and team relationships to drive results and growth.
• Lead and coach a team of consultants on projects and career development.
• Establish sector thought leadership through networking, speaking and writing.
• Travel to London-area clients with some travel.
