Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Indirect Tax Transformation Manager specializing in e-invoicing. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end e-invoicing projects within our Digital Tax Consulting Team, with client-facing delivery from requirements to go-live and ongoing support.

You will lead junior staff, manage engagement risk, and collaborate with third-party technology providers while expanding e-invoicing capabilities across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tax technology or e-invoicing projects in a consulting, professional services, or in-house tax environment.
• Deep knowledge of e-invoicing and e-reporting regimes across major regions, and how mandates differ.
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating an e-invoicing or tax platform.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with budget, risk and quality responsibility.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership across engagements.
• Understanding engagement risk and regulatory expectations in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of e-invoicing projects, managing scope, budget, risk and quality.
• Develop and foster alliances with third-party technology providers.
• Interpret country e-invoicing mandates and translate them into delivery actions.
• CoachSenior Associates and Associates with day-to-day guidance and reviews.
• Own engagement risk, ensure documentation and compliance with standards.
• Support business development and assist with proposals and bids.
• Help refine delivery methodology and build reusable accelerators.
