Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Manager in Indirect Tax Transformation focused on e-invoicing projects within our Digital Tax Consulting team. You will lead end-to-end delivery, shape solutions, and build client relationships across regions.

The role requires strong experience in tax technology, e-invoicing and multi-country mandates, with a track record in leading complex engagements and mentoring junior staff. Hybrid working options in London/Reading/Bristol.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tax technology or e-invoicing implementation projects in consulting, services, or in-house tax tech.
• Deep knowledge of e-invoicing/regimes in at least one major region and ability to compare mandates across jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating at least one e-invoicing or tax compliance platform.
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder technology engagements with budget, risk, and quality control.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and client-facing credibility.
• People leadership experience: coaching and developing team members.
• Sound understanding of engagement risk and regulatory expectations in professional services.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of e-invoicing projects, managing scope, budget, risk and quality.
• Develop and maintain alliances with third party technology providers.
• Interpret country-specific e-invoicing mandates and translate into delivery actions.
• Coach Senior Associates and Associates on projects and guide day-to-day work.
• Own engagement risk and ensure documentation and quality standards are met.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals and bids.
• Refine delivery methodologies and build reusable accelerators and tools.
