Job summary

Pure Search is seeking an E-Invoicing & PEPPOL Product Lead to drive the development of the company’s digital compliance and invoicing strategy across the UK, Europe and international markets.

You will translate regulatory developments into scalable product requirements, partner with Product, Engineering and Compliance teams, and shape innovative solutions for customers navigating e‑invoicing, ViDA, CTCS and VAT reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with PEPPOL networks, standards and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of e-invoicing and digital VAT reporting.
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into product impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology and Compliance teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Interest in digital transformation and tax compliance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organisation's e-invoicing and PEPPOL product roadmap.
• Monitor and assess global e-invoicing, digital reporting and indirect tax compliance developments.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear product and technical specifications.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver compliant, scalable and market-leading solutions.
• Act as the internal expert on PEPPOL, ViDA, CTCS and related compliance frameworks.
• Engage with customers, regulators, industry bodies and external stakeholders to inform product strategy.
• Support international expansion by ensuring products remain aligned with market-specific compliance requirements.
• Influence senior leadership on emerging trends, risks and opportunities within the digital compliance landscape.
