Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Global E-Invoicing Framework within OpenText Business Network. You will translate regulatory and client needs into product execution, drive backlog, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

You bring 5+ years in enterprise product management, strong knowledge of e-Invoicing regulations, experience with REST/SOAP APIs, and a proven ability to operate in a global matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, preferably in regulated domains.
• Demonstrated knowledge of e-Invoicing and related compliance concepts (tax controls, invoice formats, country mandates).
• Experience working with engineering teams on integration, APIs, data validation, and high-reliability services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain regulatory topics clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution for key components of the Global E-Invoicing Framework, including requirements definition and backlog management.
• Translate evolving regulatory mandates into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable requirements with Development teams.
• Support country enablement planning and ensure traceability from regulation to delivery and client readiness.
• Collaborate with Development to ensure quality, scalability, and reliability of GF capabilities; participate in design reviews.
• Engage Product Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success to enable adoption and field readiness, including documentation.
