Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a driven intern to support two focus areas: business development and account management operations. You will help identify top brands, assist in outreach, manage CRM updates, and prepare performance reports to drive brand success.

The role offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing, e-commerce partnerships, and campaign execution within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Immediate start for a 6-month full-time internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Available for a full-time, 6-month internship starting immediately.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - data-driven decision-making matters!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, because precision leads to success.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify top brands and merchants for onboarding.
• Support outreach efforts as a Sales Development Representative engaging with potential partners.
• Assist in pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates to drive growth.
• Help prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success.
• Coordinate creator seeding and product sampling initiatives for brand promotion.
• Handle daily operational tasks and address merchant concerns to ensure smooth workflows.
