Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Data Analysis & Insights Project Intern (TikTok Shop) in London for 2026–2027 start. You will support project-based metrics tracking, analyze merchant/product performance, and assist in preparing weekly business analyses.

This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with exposure to AI-native commerce initiatives. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, available immediately, with curiosity for e-Commerce and strong Excel-based data

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Available to start immediately until the end of the year.
• Highly interested in e-Commerce with curiosity about short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
• Proficient in Excel/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key metrics across merchant and product performance, including sample supply, content output, and sales contribution.
• Analyze data to identify high-potential merchants and products, helping define incubation profile and pathway for affiliate-focused sellers.
• Track and report on sample supply and content creation trends, identifying gaps to optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare weekly reports and analytical materials summarizing business performance and trends.
