Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking an Associate E-commerce Professional to join the Online Sales team in London. You will help grow our DTC brands such as Curlsmith, Osprey, and Hydro Flask by optimizing Magento and Shopify sites, driving SEO, merchandising, and digital visibility.

This full-time hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and travel to the Waterloo–Southwark area as needed, with a focus on delivering revenue targets and improving the customer experience across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of relevant experience in E‑Commerce.
• Authorized to work in the UK without immigration restrictions.
• Ability to attend the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual eCommerce revenue and profitability targets across all EMEA Direct-to-Consumer websites.
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance site usability.
• Own and optimise key eCommerce platforms (Magento/Shopify) and related merchandising and SEO activities.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation of assigned websites and coordinate with internal teams.
