Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a meticulous Marketplace Administrator to support and develop online sales channels. Based in Alcester, the role covers order processing, product maintenance and customer support to drive accurate listings and smooth operations.

You will manage listings, monitor inventory, coordinate dispatches, and produce insightful reports while collaborating with internal teams to identify growth opportunities across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, supply chain, logistics, or sales support.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfort with product data, online systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive mindset to identify efficiencies and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer customer orders and coordinate dispatches to fulfilment partners.
• Monitor marketplace inventory and manage returns.
• Create and maintain product listings across platforms.
• Review product content for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure listings comply with marketplace rules and UK/EU regulations.
• Support growth of online marketplace accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new marketplaces.
• Investigate and resolve marketplace queries promptly.
• Produce reports and analyze marketplace data for decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth marketplace operations.
