Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Administrator for a part-time role based in Stone. You will manage day-to-day operations of our online sales channels, maintain product listings, pricing and stock information, and handle customer enquiries with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, online sales or administration.
• Proven experience using Amazon Seller Central and eBay platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written communication, especially product descriptions and online content.
• Self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
• Proactive, positive team player.
• Good general IT skills and confidence using online systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce platforms.
• Create, upload and maintain product listings across eBay, Amazon and other online marketplaces including product descriptions, pricing, images and stock information - Monitor online orders and respond to customer enquiries
• Ensure product information, pricing and stock levels remain accurate and up to date - Support the development and growth of online sales channels
• Assist with improvements to marketplace visibility and online presence
• Work closely with colleagues to support business growth and maintain high levels of customer service
• Carry out general e-commerce and administrative duties as required
