Job summary

Westray Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Finchingfield is seeking a Marketplace Executive to grow online marketplace sales. You will optimise listings, manage product data, pricing and campaigns while collaborating with internal teams to maximise visibility and performance.

The role requires 2+ years in marketplace sales, plus Amazon/eBay experience, strong communication skills and the ability to report results and drive initiatives. Hybrid office-based work is available with a permanent position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in marketplace sales or related field.
• Amazon and eBay platform management experience essential.
• Experience in marketplace results reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with multiple teams and external partners.
• Ability to produce written and graphic content (Photoshop, Canva, etc)
• Strong proficiency in software applications and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimise marketplace listings to improve visibility, conversion and sales.
• Maintain accurate product data, pricing, categories, imagery and content in line with marketplace requirements.
• Support promotions, campaigns and seasonal trading opportunities.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns, reporting results and recommendations to the Head of eCommerce.
• Coordinate new product launches, ensuring listings, content and configuration are complete and accurate.
• Monitor launch performance, competitor activity and opportunities for growth through new products, ranges and selling strategies.
• Track marketplace sales against prior year, budget and forecast, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Share insights with the Head of eCommerce and use performance data to improve trading, campaigns, budgets and return on investment.
