Job summary

Adecco is seeking an E-commerce Assistant for a Chelmsford location with a rural setting and your own transport. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Temporary to Permanent. Salary is £12.71 per hour, dependent on experience.

The position involves managing online inventory, creating listings, collaborating with operations, content, quality and marketing teams, and contributing to online sales strategies in a varied work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in an e-commerce or similar role is advantageous.
Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, eBay and Amazon platforms.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to handle large datasets.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage and update online inventory, create new product listings and liaise with operations for updates.
Collaborate with operations and marketing on stock levels and fulfilment.
Coordinate with content team to identify opportunities and product availability.
Work with operations to resolve fulfilment issues.
Conduct regular in-person checks of warehouse products for opportunities and issues.
Analyze large sales/product datasets to identify trends and insights for online performance.
