Job summary

The Candidate Ltd in Manchester is seeking an eCommerce Assistant to join a fast-growing online retailer. You will help manage product listings, imagery and website content while supporting merchandising and seasonal campaigns.

This role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills, attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and reports. You will collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations to drive online trading opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or studying a relevant subject.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Comfortable working with data and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware and keen to learn.
• Interest in eCommerce and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, imagery and website content.
• Support website merchandising, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with SEO and GEO content optimisation.
• Monitor product availability and online trading activity.
• Produce and analyse eCommerce reports using Excel.
• Monitor key KPIs and identify trading opportunities.
• Work closely with Buying, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations teams.
• Support general eCommerce administration and issue resolution.
