Job summary

Adecco is seeking an E-commerce Assistant in Chelmsford, a role blending warehouse duties with online platforms. You will manage product listings, ensure stock accuracy, and collaborate with operations, content, quality, and marketing teams.

You will analyse sales data, adjust prices, support SEO and new online sales strategies, and perform regular warehouse checks to optimise online performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an e-commerce or similar role.
• Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, eBay and Amazon.
• Strong data analysis and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update online inventory and product listings.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing on stock levels.
• Coordinate with content and quality teams for product accuracy.
• Regular price amendments and sales event support.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate descriptions, prices and stock levels.
• Conduct in-person warehouse checks to spot issues and opportunities.
• Contribute to new online sales strategies and SEO awareness.
