Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is recruiting an E-Commerce Assistant for a full-time role near Peterborough. You will support a busy team manager, deal with inbound sales enquiries and manage customer accounts, while coordinating shipments and stock orders.

The role also involves handling calls and emails, supporting social media marketing and online promotions, and assisting at events. A strong ecommerce background and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / online trading.
• Experience in a commercial / sales support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literacy in MS Office and ability to pick up other business systems.
• Well organised with superb attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deal with inbound sales enquiries and manage existing customer accounts.
• Arrange shipments and update stock records, including placing stock orders.
• Handle telephone calls and emails related to orders and enquiries.
• Support social media marketing and online promotional content.
• Represent the brand at events and trade shows when required.
