Job summary

Searchability in Lincolnshire is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation spanning e-commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, capture and document requirements, and translate needs into clear functional specs for integration with Dynamics 365.

This hands-on role demands stakeholder engagement and experience on digital transformation programmes. Office-based position with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects in digital transformations.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and document BRDs and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation of workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyse As-Is processes and design To-Be processes.
• Produce BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process maps and gap analyses.
• Support Dynamics 365 implementation and integration with e-commerce platforms.
• Analyse data flows, integrations and business processes.
• Support backlog refinement and UAT planning.
