Free-Work UK is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an E-Commerce & Microsoft Dynamics 365 role in Spalding, Lincolnshire. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and mapping processes to support a large-scale digital transformation for customer-facing platforms.

The role focuses on integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with e-commerce platforms, driving change, supporting UAT and agile delivery, and translating business needs into clear solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, user stories and process mapping.

Business Analyst (E-Commerce & Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Spalding, Lincolnshire - Office Based

£45,000 - £55,000 + Holiday + Pension

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e-commerce projects, looking to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation programme where you can work closely with senior stakeholders and influence the successful delivery of business-critical systems and customer-facing platforms?

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring business needs are translated into clear functional solutions. A major focus of the position will be supporting the implementation and integration of e-commerce platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate will have proven Business Analysis experience within digital transformation programmes, strong stakeholder management skills, and previous involvement in Dynamics 365 and e-commerce projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile programme with significant visibility across the organisation.
