Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Business Analyst for an office-based role in Spalding, Lincolnshire. You will gather and document requirements, map processes and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across digital transformation programmes.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and collaboration with development, testing and project teams to deliver efficient online customer journeys and improved business operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, user stories and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate business discussions.
• Support the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Analyse current and future business processes, producing process maps and gap analyses.
• Work closely with development, testing and project delivery teams.
• Support UAT, change management and user adoption activities.

Requirements:
