Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join during our busiest period. This on-site, full-time role focuses on supporting customers with day-to-day order and delivery queries to ensure an excellent experience.

Based in Paddock Wood, Kent, the role runs 8:30am–5pm Monday to Friday on a temporary contract until January 2027, paying £13.85 per hour. Full training is provided, with potential for permanent opportunities depending on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administration experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and internal systems.
• Track and investigate orders and delivery issues.
• Manage basic carrier claims and liaise with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in customer service systems.
• Provide timely updates to customers and ensure resolution.
• Support the wider customer service and operations teams during peak periods.
• Assist with general administrative duties as required.
