Job summary

FS1 Recruitment is seeking an E-commerce Merchandise Lead in Milton Keynes (office based) to drive the brand’s creative presence across Amazon, TikTok Shop and SHEIN. The role combines creative leadership with a strong commercial mindset to optimise product content and marketplace performance.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary creative team, manage resources, and partner with marketing and ecommerce to prioritise content and campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce creative production for major marketplaces like Amazon.
Proficiency with Amazon A+ Content and image compliance standards.
Experience leading a cross-functional creative team.

Responsibilities

Own all creative output across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and SHEIN, ensuring platform requirements.
Oversee product imagery, A+ Content, videos, infographics, lifestyle imagery, and campaign assets.
Lead AI-powered tools to create and optimise marketplace assets per guidelines.
Conduct competitive merchandise analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Advise commerce and marketing teams on merchandise strategy and content priorities.
Plan and manage a creative team including designers, photographer, stylist, and offshore contributors.
Plan resources, prioritise workloads, and deliver projects on time.
