The Role and Candidate

We are seeking a E‑Commerce Manager - TikTok Shop!

Be our first operator in the EU.

Build, lead, and scale TikTok Shop in Europe!

We’re looking for a sharp, data‑driven Trading & Operations Lead to launch and grow our TikTok Shop presence across the UK and Europe.

This is a founding hire – you’ll take the reins on daily shop trading, optimise operations, and eventually build the local team as we scale into additional EU markets.

Responsibilities
  • Own trading & performance for TikTok Shop UK & EU: test offers, adjust pins, apply urgency tactics to drive conversion.
  • Lead end‑to‑end shop ops: product listings, Seller Center, promos/vouchers, and coordination with livestream studios.
  • Drive continuous improvement: triage issues, refine processes, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Track performance: build live dashboards, share weekly trade recaps with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely with Merchandising, Finance, Content, and Fulfilment teams.
  • Scale operations: help transition ownership from China to the UK, then expand into other EU‑language markets.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of hands‑on TikTok Shop experience – brand or agency side.
  • Proven ecommerce trading skills – promos, flash sales, and other live commerce levers.
  • Strong Seller Center knowledge and comfort navigating platform tools.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, creators, and user behaviour.
  • Data‑first mindset: comfortable interpreting CTR, CVR, AOV, and GMV to drive smart optimisations.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative across multiple workstreams.
  • Culturally curious: able to spot and adapt to local customer behaviours across European markets.
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver a consistent, high‑converting brand presence on Amazon.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities; previous team management or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
Desirable but Not Essential
  • Experience in the toy industry or pop culture retail sector.
  • Familiarity with UK and European retail landscapes.
  • Understanding of designer toy and collectible trends, particularly in the art‑toy market.
  • Additional European languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese are a strong plus.
  • Experience in agency or fast‑paced startup environments.
  • Familiarity with creator/affiliate programs or content localisation.
  • Track record of contributing to international ecommerce expansion.
