FS1 Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a client to recruit an E-commerce Studio Manager who will own creative output across major platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and SHEIN. You will lead a team of designers, photographers, and offshore staff, guiding content strategy and asset development to maximise engagement and revenue.

The role demands hands-on creative leadership, deep knowledge of Amazon guidelines, and strong commercial insight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce creative, with strong Amazon marketplace expertise.
• Knowledge of Amazon creative requirements, A+ Content, and image compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate and optimise images, videos, and content.

Responsibilities

• Own all creative output across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and SHEIN to meet platform requirements and best practices.
• Oversee creation of product imagery, A+ Content, videos, infographics, and campaign assets for engagement and conversion.
• Lead AI-powered tools to create and optimise marketplace assets following Amazon guidelines.
