Confidential in Chester is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to support a busy ecommerce department, driving online performance, engagement and commercial success. You will manage product listings, execute promotions, update content and analyse sales data to inform strategies.

This role requires strong people management and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to collaborate across buying, marketing and IT.

Qualifications

Experience in an ecommerce/digital role within retail or consumer sector.
Proven people management experience.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

Manage product listings and coordinate with product, ranging and supply chain teams on inventory.
Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns using trends and competitor insights.
Update website content, banners, and product descriptions to keep content fresh and engaging.
Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with online, buying, marketing and IT teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Monitor sales performance by category and support stock level decisions.
Align product selection, availability and pricing with the buying department.
Work with marketing to optimise channel traffic across ecommerce channels (email, social, affiliates).
Collaborate with IT to resolve website functionality issues and support systems.
