Job summary

Quadient in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to own e-commerce end-to-end with full P&L accountability and a clear strategy to grow digital revenues. You'll lead a cross-functional team, redesign how SMBs discover, buy, and onboard through a digital-first approach, and partner with IT, Marketing and Finance to connect platforms and drive measurable performance.

You'll also build a robust analytics function, apply AI to personalise experiences and scale the business as Quadient

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in e-commerce or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of growing online revenue with full P&L ownership.
• Strong ability to derive insights from data in e-commerce contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own e-commerce revenue, acquisition, LTV, and OPEX targets.
• Lead SMB shift to digital-first, enabling self-service moves.
• Own platform roadmap and cross-functional collaboration with IT/MarTech/R&D.
• Build analytics framework spanning e-commerce, web and marketing.
