Job summary

Assurant UK is seeking an experienced UK eCommerce Manager to shape and grow online and retail sales of technology devices and services. You will own the customer journey and P&L, using data and insight to drive decisions and optimise performance across channels.

You’ll lead digital marketing activity (PPC, SEO, display, affiliates, email) and collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Hybrid work and strong development opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience growing eCommerce or retail sales with strong commercial relationships.
• Budgeting, forecasting, targets or P&L performance experience.
• Data-driven decisions using web analytics and customer insight.
• Experience with multichannel e-commerce platforms and CMS, plus SEO/SEM basics.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and develop strategic channels across MNOs, retail, leasing and more.
• Turn insight into action using data to optimise online and retail sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, ops and support for a joined-up journey.
• Own budgets, forecasts, targets and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Lead digital marketing across PPC, SEO, display, affiliates and email.
• Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations from end to end.
