Procter & Gamble in the United Kingdom seeks an eCommerce Leader to own the technology, data and digital commerce ecosystem powering our Nature's Best and Lamberts direct-to-consumer business, delivering exceptional customer experiences and data-driven growth.

You will lead a small cross‑functional team, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, drive SEO, UX, analytics, privacy and security, and partner with Brand, Supply Chain and Marketing to align plans with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen with passion for technology, digital commerce and data.
• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to translate needs into tech/data solutions.
• Entrepreneurial, curious and action-oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, operation, and optimization of the DTC and CRM tech ecosystem to drive growth.
• Own technology strategy and multi-year roadmap to meet commercial objectives.
• Manage technology budget, agency investments, and vendor partnerships for content, UX, and site performance.
• Lead digital activation initiatives and ensure reliable operation of the tech ecosystem.
