Job summary

Evri in Colliers Wood, Wimbledon and Old Kent Road is seeking an eCargo Service Specialist to manage our high‑volume eCargo Bike Network. You will drive service performance, coach riders, and ensure parcels move on time while keeping costs in check.

This hands‑on role covers rider onboarding, capability checks and safety coaching, plus fleet maintenance coordination. You’ll use data to optimise routes, support budget control, and promote a strong safety culture across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day eCargo operations, ensuring service, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
• Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and use data to drive improvements.
• Ensure routes are covered, parcels flow on time, and resources are allocated effectively.
• Deliver rider onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Assess rider capability, compliance, and readiness to operate safely.
• Support rider engagement and retention through regular communication and development.
• Support budget control and cost management across the operation.
• Develop solutions to manage changing volumes and maintain service levels.
• Coordinate maintenance activity and carry out basic fleet checks where required.
• Escalate issues promptly to minimise disruption.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the site.
• Ensure compliance with Highway Code, operational standards, and safe working practices.
• Support incident investigations and address unsafe behaviours through coaching and corrective action.
