Job summary

Xist4 is seeking a Systems and Data Manager to own CREST, a bespoke Dynamics-based platform that holds customer, technical and commercial data across the business. You’ll manage permissions, data integrity and reporting, with hands-on Dynamics administration and strong system experience.

The role is hybrid in Bristol, 12-month fixed-term, with initial office time during handover and learning. You’ll work with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and contribute to ERP rollout plans while

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics support and admin experience.
• Experience administering business-critical systems and data.
• Strong knowledge of permissions, access, layouts and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and data handling across systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Own CREST day-to-day and liaise with suppliers.
• Support users, permissions and access, and investigate issues.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with technology teams.
• Contribute to ERP specification and rollout planning.
• Support Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Improve automation and reporting across platforms.
• Assist with data quality and cross-system data integrity.
• Collaborate on Power Platform and AI tooling initiatives.
