Job summary

International engineering client seeks a Systems and Data Manager to own CREST, a Dynamics-based platform central to customer, technical, and commercial data. The role requires quick mastery of CREST with guidance from Ops Director and suppliers.

Hybrid working in Bristol with initial hands-on learning and more office time during handover. Strong Dynamics admin, data handling across systems, and Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics support and administration.
• Experience administering business-critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of permissions, access, layouts, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with data across systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own CREST day-to-day.
• Support users, permissions, and access.
• Investigate issues and manage escalations.
• Liaise with specialist technology suppliers.
• Make controlled system and workflow changes.
• Support Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Improve automation and reporting.
• Contribute to ERP specification and rollout planning.
