Job summary

XIST4 IT Recruitment Ltd is supporting an international engineering business in Bristol with a 12-month fixed-term hybrid role. You will own CREST, a Dynamics-based platform, overseeing users, permissions and configuration while coordinating with suppliers for complex support.

You will also work across Microsoft 365, Teams, Salesforce, Power Automate and related systems, gaining exposure to ERP programmes and broader business systems. This is hands-on ownership with impact.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable enterprise business application.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Teams administration.
• Confidence with users, permissions, access, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience understanding how system changes affect wider business processes.
• Strong Excel and business data skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support CREST, a bespoke enterprise platform on a Dynamics backend.
• Administer and support users, permissions, workflows and reporting; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers for deeper technical support when needed.
• Collaborate across Microsoft 365, Teams, Salesforce, Power Automate and ERP initiatives.
• Provide hands-on systems administration with ownership across the environment.
