Job summary

DGH Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead D365 Software Engineer to drive the evolution of a large-scale Microsoft business applications platform. The role combines technical leadership, architectural definition, and delivering secure, scalable solutions that support key business operations.

You will shape Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results while promoting best practices

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.
Proficient in C#/.NET development and Azure services.
Strong understanding of security, governance and compliance within Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Define engineering standards, governance and best practices.
Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure and enterprise systems.
Drive solution quality, security, performance and scalability.
Support CI/CD, DevOps and release management processes.
Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.
