Job summary

L&Q Living is seeking a Lead D365 Software Engineer to shape the organisation's Dynamics 365 and Power Platform strategy while delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You will lead technical delivery, mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders across London and beyond.

You will work within an Agile/DevOps context, driving best practices, and shaping our platform roadmap to improve customer outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Extensive experience developing plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong C# and .NET development experience.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, design patterns and enterprise application development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management practices.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of security, governance and best practice within the Microsoft ecosystem.
