Job summary
DGH Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Lead D365 Software Engineer to drive the evolution of a large-scale Microsoft business applications platform. You will provide technical leadership, define engineering standards, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that support critical business operations.
You will shape Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and champion best practices across the development lifecycle to deliver
Qualifications
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Strong background in C#/.NET development and integration.
- Experience with cloud integrations and Azure services.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Proven leadership and mentoring in engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Define engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure, and enterprise systems.
- Drive solution quality, security, performance, and scalability.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps, and release management processes.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.
