Job summary

Cathcart Technology in Gateshead seeks a Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to join its established Microsoft-focused consultancy. You'll provide 1st/2nd line support for Dynamics NAV and Business Central, troubleshoot live environments and help customers maximise system value.

The role offers hybrid working with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and exposure to Power Platform components like Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate as you resolve incidents and drive user adoption.

Qualifications

Experience providing ERP support within a Microsoft environment.
Experience supporting Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose application and user issues.
Experience working directly with customers or end users in a support environment.
Good understanding of business processes, particularly areas such as finance, sales or operations.

Responsibilities

Manage support tickets from investigation through to resolution or escalation.
Troubleshoot application issues and apply fixes.
Work directly with end users to resolve live environment problems.
Focus on Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central support.
Gain exposure to Power Platform technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
