Job summary

Veriforce seeks a Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organisation. You will work with senior developers and architects to deliver high-quality business solutions while expanding expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.

This hands-on role focuses on building, testing and supporting solutions, including AI-enabled features where appropriate, in a hybrid environment with collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Experience developing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions.
• Knowledge of .NET, C# and JavaScript development.
• Experience creating or modifying Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins and workflows.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a development team.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from others.
• Enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisations, plugins (C#), JavaScript, workflows and integrations.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 using Power Platform technologies including Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations with Azure services and third-party systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing and deployment.
• Assist with troubleshooting, investigation and resolution of application issues.
• Work with business stakeholders and senior team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams to deliver enhancements and improvements.
• Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and AI related technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and user experience through platform capabilities.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled features within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform where appropriate.
