Job summary

We are seeking a Business Central Junior Support Analyst on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on BAU support, triage, and maintaining a reliable service for users. Hybrid/remote with 1 day per week in Clevedon; UK-based applicants preferred.

You will provide first and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, working with IT Applications Manager and internal users. An AI-assisted triage tool is available to aid resolution.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in an application/ERP support or service desk environment.
• Good understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for Business Central and related applications.
• Triage, investigate and resolve incidents and user queries.
• Monitor and manage support tickets and provide clear updates to users.
