Job summary

Boston Hale is recruiting a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to work on CE and Supply Chain Management for a Not-for-Profit organisation in SW London. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days on-site, and supports the D365 estate underpinning core organisational functions.

You will provide 2nd line support for D365 SCM, CE and Power Platform, troubleshoot issues, manage users and security, monitor integrations and releases, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting D365 SCM in a functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of finance and operational business processes.
• Experience with configuration, support, and incident resolution.
• Exposure to CE or Power Platform is desirable.
• Familiarity with ITIL environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support across D365 SCM, CE, and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot system/data issues and manage users, roles, and security.
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and workflows to ensure system stability.
• Support changes, enhancements, and release cycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners.
