Job summary

Cathcart Associates is seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to join our established technology consultancy in Gateshead, operating on a hybrid basis with flexibility. The role focuses on ERP-focused support, troubleshooting live environments, and helping users maximise Dynamics NAV and Business Central.

You will handle tickets from investigation to resolution, collaborate with customers, and gain exposure to Power Platform technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ERP support within a Microsoft environment.
• Experience supporting Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose application issues.
• Experience working directly with customers or end users in a support environment.
• Good understanding of business processes, especially in finance, sales or operations.
• Experience working with support tickets, SLAs, incident management and escalation.
• Exposure to Power Platform would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers across live environments.
• Manage tickets from investigation to resolution or escalation.
• Troubleshoot issues and apply fixes.
• Work with end users and Dynamics NAV/BC.
• Opportunity to progress into a more senior role as the team grows.
