Job summary

Winncare UK is seeking an ERP Systems Co-ordinator to lead the implementation, integration and ongoing optimisation of Dynamics 365 / Navision across the group. The role focuses on translating business requirements into ERP functionality and driving improvements across commercial, operational, and financial processes.

Reporting to the IT and Business Systems Officer, you will manage data migration, system customisation, and finance interactions while training staff and supporting end users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing, managing and optimizing Dynamics 365 / Navision.
• Experience in data migration and system integration across ERP environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into ERP functionality and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ERP system integration and implementation to support group objectives.
• Analyse business requirements and translate into ERP solutions for commercial, operational and financial processes.
• Manage data migration to and from other systems with accurate, timely information.
• Customise Dynamics 365 / Navision to meet business needs and ensure scalability.
• Improve finance interaction for accurate financial reporting.
• Provide end-user training and create detailed user documentation.
• Identify and implement ERP process improvements and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Coordinate with external providers for IT and ERP services.
