Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years with Dynamics 365 Business Central in admin/support/consulting
• Configuration across at least two BC modules with user setup and workflows
• Experience integrating field service or job management with ERP
• Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
• Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune

Responsibilities

• Act as system owner for Dynamics 365 BC across finance, projects, service and purchasing
• Manage user setup, permission sets, and approval workflows
• Monitor job queues, defect processing, and contract/PPM job generation
• Maintain BC and Solarvista interface, defects, and job creation
• Build/document APIs, app registrations, and OData endpoints
• Manage extensions like Continia and release cycles
• Define requirements and test external development
• Maintain dimensions, master data, and Power BI reporting
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscriptions
• Provide first/second line IT support and device setup
• Create Power Platform automations to reduce manual work
• Manage IT and BC supplier relationships
• Own cybersecurity controls and incident response processes
