Job summary

Winncare is seeking a qualified ERP Systems Co-ordinator to join our IT and Business Systems team in Bradford. You will manage the Dynamics 365/Navision ERP, lead data migration and process integration, and collaborate with finance, operations, and external providers to optimise reporting and systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of ERP experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering structured improvements. This is a full-time on-site role with potential UK travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365/Navision.
• Strong data migration and system integration capabilities.
• Knowledge of SQL and data interoperability is essential.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP functionality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Dynamics 365 / Navision to support group objectives.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Manage data migration and integration projects across the ERP landscape.
• Coordinate customization and configuration to meet business needs.
• Support finance interactions and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide end-user training and create user documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to ERP processes.
• Serve as first contact for ERP-related issues with external providers.
