Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (configuration, customisation, administration).
• Proven ability to lead and own a CRM function or platform.
• Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).

• Own and drive the CRM roadmap, aligning with organisational priorities.
