Job summary

Pixelcode Technologies is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead in Greater London to steer development, administration, integration and support of Microsoft business apps. You will provide technical governance, release management and vendor oversight while delivering hands-on Dynamics and Power Platform expertise.

The role includes leading L3 production support, design reviews, and platform governance across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to lead the development, administration, integration and support of Microsoft business applications. The role combines hands-on Dynamics and Power Platform expertise with technical governance, release management, vendor oversight and L3 production support.

Key Skills:-

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and optimise Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Lead integrations between Dynamics 365, M365, external systems and third-party applications.
• Strong experience administering Dynamics CRM On-Premises, including security, configuration and integrations.
• Manage Dynamics upgrades, deployments, release waves and environment transitions.
• Provide technical leadership, design/code reviews and guidance to internal and third-party development teams.
• Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex application issues.
• Maintain Power Platform governance, coding standards, technical documentation, DLP and technical debt.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ITSM/ServiceNow, GDPR and regulated environments; Insurance experience is advantageous.
