GCS Recruitment Specialists in London seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Technical Consultant to deliver a new Sales solution on a 3-month contract. You will own the project from discovery through to go-live, including configuration, migration, integration, testing and training.

The role requires hands-on delivery of Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementations and CRM migrations within tight timescales, with experience designing data models, forms, views and Power BI reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementation experience.
• 3+ years CRM migration experience into Dynamics 365 CE Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with data mapping, cleansing and transformation.

Responsabilités

Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Technical Consultant - 3 Month Contract

Location: London Onsite
Contract: 3 months

Role: Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Technical Consultant to deliver a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales solution on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a hands-on delivery role where you will take ownership of the project from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, CRM migration, integration, testing, UAT, training and go-live.

The successful consultant will need strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementations and CRM migrations within tight project timescales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE Sales
• Configure accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities and sales pipelines
• Configure forms, views, business rules, security roles and business process flows
• Design and manage the Dataverse data model
• Deliver migration from the existing CRM into Dynamics 365 CE
• Manage data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, transformation and reconciliation
• Develop and test end-to-end sales processes and automation
• Support integrations with Zoom and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Manage configuration, integration, regression and migration testing
• Lead/support UAT and defect resolution
• Create dashboards and reporting, including Power BI where required
• Deliver user training, documentation and technical handover
• Support go-live and post-migration validation

Essential Experience

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementation experience
• Minimum 3 years' CRM migration experience into Dynamics 365 CE Sales
• Strong Dynamics 365 Sales configuration experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
• CRM migration, data mapping and data cleansing
• Business Process Flows
• Security roles and access controls
• Dynamics solution deployment
• Requirements gathering and solution design
• Integration and API experience
• End-to-end testing and UAT
• Experience delivering user training and technical handover
• Ability to independently deliver within a fixed 3-month project timeframe
