Cognizant Microsoft Business Group’s Business Applications team is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join us in a hybrid role based in London, with occasional client-site visits and travel about twice per week.

You will lead business discussions, map processes, write user stories, and collaborate with agile delivery teams on Dynamics 365 implementations, data integration work, and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities.
• Ability to lead business discussions for project discovery and process mapping.
• Experience in leading Agile discussions and writing user stories.
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria (Gherkin).
• Experience managing agile delivery teams and business analysts.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 design, configuration, and CRM platform.

Responsabilités

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for Cognizant’s customers.
• Lead business discussions, map requirements, and refine product backlog.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria; support agile delivery.
• Coordinate data integration and migration activities with developers.
• Estimate project requirements and contribute to RFP responses.

Job Summary

• You will be working on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations for Cognizant’s public sector customers. Candidate will be working in a capacity of Functional Consultant within a project team.

Experience, understanding and knowledge required:

• Experience of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities
• Experience in leading business discussions with customer for project discovery and business process mapping
• Experience in leading discussions around business requirements, product backlog refinement and user expectation management in Agile projects
• Solid experience working in an Agile team to agree and develop system/product designs based on user requirements and specify these as user stories
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria
• Experience managing agile delivery teams and team of business analyst
• Understanding of Design & configuration experience in Dynamics 365
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
• Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements
• Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders for data integration and data migration activities which can guide team of developers
• Experience in managing Dynamics 365 projects in a capacity of product owner or business analyst
• Capability to estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements
• Knowledge in multiple components of responding to RFPs/RFIs
• Capable of leading RFP responses for green field/Enhancement/Support D365 engagements
• Microsoft Azure knowledge
