Job summary

Infused Solutions is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Implementation Specialist to lead hands-on delivery and ongoing CRM development in a fully remote UK setting.

You will own solution design, configuration, integrations and ALM across Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform, working with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable improvements in sales processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales in live environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales data model, security model and configuration capabilities.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience developing and supporting model-driven applications.
• Understanding of ALM, solution management and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 Sales from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Configure and optimise core CRM functionality (leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories and technical solutions.
• Build and maintain model-driven apps using Power Platform.
• Develop automation using Power Automate, business rules and workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems (Dataverse, APIs, Azure).
• Manage application lifecycle management including environments, releases and deployments.
• Support source control and automated deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent).
• Implement and maintain security roles, data quality standards and governance controls.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide lasting fixes.

The Opportunity

Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Implementation Specialist

We're working with an established organisation looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Implementation Specialist to lead the hands‑on delivery and ongoing development of its CRM platform.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales implementation, translating business requirements into practical, scalable solutions that improve sales processes, automation and operational efficiency.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, taking responsibility for solution design, configuration, integrations, deployment and continuous improvement across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform.

The role would suit a technically strong specialist who can work independently, take ownership of delivery and confidently bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 Sales, from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Configure and optimise core CRM functionality, including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, products, price lists, quotes, sales pipelines, forecasting and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and technical solutions.
• Build and maintain model-driven applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop automation using Power Automate, business rules, workflows and low-code tools.
• Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Dataverse, APIs and Azure services.
• Manage application lifecycle management (ALM), including environments, solution packaging, releases and deployments.
• Support source control and automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling.
• Implement and maintain security roles, permissions, data quality standards and governance controls.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver lasting fixes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, user experience and CRM adoption.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation and training to administrators, power users and end users.
• Evaluate new Dynamics 365, Power Platform and AI capabilities to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Experience

• Proven, hands‑on experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales in a live business environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Sales data model, security model and configuration capabilities.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience developing and supporting model-driven applications.
• Understanding of ALM, solution management, environment strategy and deployment processes.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third‑party applications and business systems.
• Strong requirements‑gathering, business analysis and solution‑design skills.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues and delivering effective technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of technical delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Dynamics 365 Business Central or other Dynamics 365 applications.
• Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• C# plug‑ins, JavaScript form scripting and the Dataverse Web API.
• Power BI and reporting solutions.
• CRM and data migration projects.
• Power Platform governance, Centre of Excellence (CoE) frameworks and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled CRM automation.
• Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working with external implementation partners.

Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MB-210 or equivalent are desirable. Relevant practical implementation experience is equally valued.

Contract Details & Eligibility

• Day rate: £300-£350, depending on experience.
